I added the manpage to my branch (~rainct/ubuntu-dev-tools/dev), and also added Albert to the Authors and Copyright Holders lists. If any MOTU would like to merge it, feel free to do so, I've made no dangerous changes; otherwise I'll ask once there some more new stuff. That looks fine! I'd just change the bugs section to point to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-dev-tools/ Also, you don't need to compress it. dh_installman will do it for you. And for getting this in, subscribe u-u-s, and ask them to include this in the ubuntu-dev-tools bzr branch (it's team maintained by ~ubuntu- dev).
