Kinfocenter modules are really just kcontrol modules which simply doesn't get used by kcontrol (defined in .desktop file) so the kic* prefix doesn't actually exist. Hence the renaming is just not going to happen. However the description is really (as in totally) wrong, which is going to be fixed for hardy.
