I see the latest apport test ran successfully, maybe the bug solved by
unrelated changes, lets auto-close this bug in 59 days unless it happens
again (I retried the failed tests a few seconds ago)

I was unable to recreate this failure when testing apport with the
following command:

autopkgtest --shell-fail -U apport_2.20.8-0ubuntu10.dsc -- qemu /mnt
/sec-machines/autopkgtest-bionic-amd64.img

I also just created the .img file via:

autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud -a amd64 -r bionic -o /mnt/sec-
machines/ -m http://192.168.10.7/ubuntu

Here are the test results:

package coreutils to get ExecutablePath

Cache directory: /tmp/tmphurfbeaj/test-cache
ok
test_unpackaged_exe (__main__.T)
apport-valgrind creates valgrind log on unpackaged executable ... 
/tmp/autopkgtest.d3vYLb/autopkgtest_tmp/apport-tests
ok
test_valgrind_min_installed (__main__.T)
valgrind is installed and recent enough ... ok
test_vlog_created (__main__.T)
apport-valgrind creates valgrind.log with expected content ... ok
