I really don't think this problem is still present on 0.2 RC 6. Currently, the full file list is shown from an incremental snapshot with the precision is the file is included or not. Then on can restore a non-included file using the revert and revert as button, which will get the latest version of this file (starting from the selected snapshot) I believe this solves the issue. As for this Bug report, I think it's fixed in NSsbackup (which will be in version 0.3 the new version of Sbackup : sbackup 1.1).
