It seems you still have the wine packages from https://launchpad.net
/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ubuntu/ppa installed. Following this link, you'll
see that it is "double deprecated". Please remove this PPA from your
sources.list.
You now tried to install the current Debian/Ubuntu Wine packages. For
this to work you have to uninstall the old packages. Use something like
this:
sudo apt purge wine wine1.8 wine1.8-amd64 wine1.8-i386
If you want to use the packages provided by winehq.org instead (see
above link) you still should remove the old PPA from your repository and
uninstall its packages.
