[Bug 183685] How to unsubscribe

2009-06-11 Thread Chris Halse Rogers
For all those who would like to unsubscribe from this bug:

1) Sending a message with "unsubscribe" in it does NOT work.
2) To unsubscribe from this bug, go to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz-fusion-plugins-main/+bug/183685
then login and press the "unsubscribe" button in the right-hand list,
just underneath the list of all the duplicates of this bug.

Alternatively, you can find your Launchpad username in the right hand
column under "Subscribers" or "From duplicates", and press the red "-"
button next to it.

Replying to this email will merely broadcast another "please
unsubscribe" message to the ~200 people who are subscribed. Please do
not do that!

2009-06-11 Thread Ryan Ash
Right. Someone needs to bring this behavior to Shuttlesworth.

This is not anywhere in line with ubuntu community spirit.

For the record, I'm unsubscribing from all bugs regardless if they have been
squashed (fixed) or not. Obviously this system is not working out right. See
you all upstream.

Peace,
Ryan

This is seriously getting on my nerves. Unsubscribe button does nothing.
Can someone please confirm that writing a mail saying "Unsuscribe!"
works, if not, could people _please_ stop doing so.

In the case that it does work; please unsubscribe me as soon as
possible.

Thank you.

This is seriously getting on my nerves. Unsubscribe button does nothing.
Can someone please confirm that writing a mail saying "Unsuscribe!"
works, if not, could people _please_ stop doing so.

In the case that it does work; please unsubscribe me as soon as
possible.

Thank you.

This was an automatic crash report that happened during a "partial

upgrade". I don't know any more, but am happy to send any config files

or whatever else you may need. Just ask!

[Bug 183685] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV

2009-02-09 Thread scotty2
This attached bug/complaint popped up when installing a theme
(GTK2-H2O-default-2.0.tar.gz) with the installer in appearance preferences.
Kicked me to this whole report, but the install actually went fine, and the
theme seems to installed properly. At this time, the theme is in use, and I
don't see any other issues other than the false error report. I can send error
/syslog reports if needed.

[Bug 183685] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV

2008-11-26 Thread Michael Fay
I was following ubuntu wiki Testing/EnablePropose for solution to delay in
restarting. It included the line
sh -c 'kill -SEGV $$' to test apport. I am new to linux and not sure if this
is relevant?

By the way: The proposed upgrade solved the restart delay
