Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Please reopen it if you
can provide the necessary information as requested in the previous
comments. To reopen the bug report you can click on the current status,
under the Status column, and change the Status back to "New". Thanks

I have a dual boot,windows XP ans Kubuntu,and yes it only happens in Kubuntu

Hi,thanks for the reply,unfortunalately i am not a computer geek,i just want 
things to work as supposed,anyway
it´s a USB Speedlink Snappy mouse SL6141.The mouse just stops working after 
awhile,for no reason,it requires restarting Kubuntu to restore function of the 
mouse.I assumed it just would work as in windows or Mac.I did not install any 
special driver for it.I have tried to unplug it and reconnect,but that does not 
work at all
