I only get this when running pip3 list --oudated inside a superuser shell. Interestingly, it doesn't have any issues when ran with user privileges. It would be nice to know which package is causing the issue, maybe I can uninstall or bypass that. I would like to know which ones are out of date, if they are system packages or have been installed locally by a sudoer.
