Thanks, I tried entering the email with and without the strange charterers. I use a spreadsheet for passwords and then copy and paste. This is the only time I have seen anything like those characters from this spreadsheet. I see in the screenshot of the error message that some odd character (which your fonts are not able to render) seems to have been appended to the email address.
