- Replace exo-* with xfce4-* commands

- Exclude applications menu on desktop right click

- Enabled opening folders in new tab on middle click
- Disabled changing window icon for special folders

- Apply upstream keyboard bindings:

Along with this, I would propose hiding the existing "Xfce Terminal"
launcher in the menu, since it opens the settings dialog and not the
actual panel.
