Public bug reported:

When I choose to boot Ubuntu with the "5.0.0-37-generic" kernel, it just
hangs. I try to use recovery mode, but it does not help. However, I get
some output from the kernel, but no error messages. See attached photo
of the screen.

To boot, I need to choose the 5.0.0-36-generic kernel.
