The awn-manager works out of the box with the live CD, so yes. It must be a svg problem. Perhaps it's time for a clean install. Thanks for the test. Could you test with the last Live-CD ? I'm running Ubuntu 8.04. I run apt-get update, apt-get upgrade several times a day, so Hardy is up to date. I have gnome-menu 2.21.5-0ubuntu1 and python-menu 2.21.5-0ubuntu1 installed. librsvg2-common version is 2.20.0-1.
