The snap is currently built with a limited set of languages, see the list here: https://git.launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+git/libreoffice- snap/tree/snapcraft.yaml?h=6.4#n75 (--with-lang config flag). Although Libreoffice officially supports Turkish, there are no Turkish among the selectable languages in Options> Language Settings> Languages> Locale Setting in the snap package. There are a limited number of languages in this section. There is no problem with Flatpak package and other .deb packages. However, I would like to use the snap package for faster and automatic updating. The Libreoffice package in the 18.04 store is too old. What happens if you set the language to Turkish in the Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages > Locale Setting ? Also, have you tried the libreoffice deb package available from apt?
