Public bug reported:

After the last kernel firmware update, but wireless keyboard and mouse are no
longer recognised on boot.
I have to unplug and reinsert the USB received to get the driver to recognise
them.
ON suspend, they are also unable to wake the system

OS: Ubuntu 19.10 64bit

The keyboard is a DELL/Logitech KM714
The mouse is WM714
The receiver is C-U0007

PS: sorry that this is reported under the wrong category, I an unable to
find a way to log a bug related to the kernel or a driver
