Public bug reported:

When I install Kubuntu 20.04 and then VM with another Kubuntu 20.04
(virt-manager) then keyboard randomly stop responding and Ctrl+c and
Ctrl+v doesn't always work. If I close virt-manager / shutdown the VM
then everything works fine again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Kubuntu 20.04
2. install QEMU-KVM and virt-manager
3. install Kubuntu 20.04 as a VM
4. start copying and pasting text inside VM / in the host / between host and VM
(spice has to be installed)
5. you'll see random freezes of your keyboard
6. Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v will work 80% time (very irritating)
7. close virt-manager and Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v will work just fine and no more
keyboard freezes

In other words, it is not possible to use virt-manager unless you use VM
with no desktop.

Thank you. Please ask if you need more details ;-).
