Public bug reported: When I switch the panel via F6 key, the functionality doesn't work.
Specifically, what I see is that the cursor flashes very quickly in the intended panel, but then it goes back to the original one. I'm not sure how frequently this happens, as I dont mind it anymore, but it definitely happens, and impacts the workflow of people who, like me, are keyboard-heavy. In the present desktop session, for example, it happens always. I'm not sure, but I think it originally worked, then an upgrade broke the functionality.
