Yes, it is a bug. I have a long time spent to are run Linux on this PC and no results. It doesn't detect the second display in power saver mode in Nvidia options. That suggests to me the ports are wired to the Nvidia GPU. But that's not an excuse for this bug; it's still a bug. When I set up performance mode, both screens work. I guess when intel graphics is enabled then the second screen is not detected. I could leave performance mode. But if I set up performance mode, the computer gets hot and battery discharging fast.
