But I tried to reproduce the issue again at: Linux host 2.6.24-21-generic #1 SMP Tue Oct 21 23:43:45 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux vlc --version VLC media player 0.8.6e Janus VLC version 0.8.6e Janus Compiled by [EMAIL PROTECTED] Compiler: gcc version 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7) I can't reproduce the problem again. Hi k-burger, Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? (ISOs are available from cdimage.ubuntu.com) If it remains an issue, could you also attach a new /var/log/Xorg.0.log? Thanks in advance.
