Hi Anand, Yes, that patch is available since 4.4.0-185.215. Please note that this version if for the linux-image-4.4.0-185-generic package. You mentioned version numbers for the linux-generic meta package (which pulls in linux-image--generic package as a dependency.) Either way, the first number (-185, -186, etc) match between both packages.
