When booting into kernel 4.15.0-99-generic or higher and also kernel 5.3.0-53-generic or higher, the system hangs when issuing the reboot command or CTRL-ALT-DEL from console with the following console messages: ---------- snip ------------ Reached target Final Step. Starting Reboot... < following message repeats indefinetely every 120 seconds > INFO: task systemd-shutdow:1 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
