Furthermore, as per https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/dev_guide/testing/sanity/no- underscore-variable.html I removed the _ from all values in prepare_data_disk.yml and it appears to progress. I also get this issue with Ussuri on 20.04 LTS.
