[Bug 189445] Re: gnome-power-manager fails to show logout dialog

Checking with the current version available in Hardy, gnome-power-
manager-2.21.1-0ubuntu1, reveals that the bug has been fixed by removing
the " --enable-checkfg" from "DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS" in
debian/rules. As the bug has been fixed in the latest version of gnome-
power-manager in Hardy, this bug is marked as fix released.

Thank you for filing the bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Following the development over the upstream Debian bug mentioned, it
seems that the bug was fixed in upstream version 2.20.1-1. Checking the
current version in Ubuntu 8.04, the version is 2.21.0-0ubuntu1. It might
be that the upstream fix might have not been incorporated into the
version in Hardy. Also that the current bug is for Gutsy, which needs a
fix and it is available upstream. So, am confirming this bug.
