Public bug reported: Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22
After upgrading to the new linux-image package, made available on 02/07 (2.6.22-14.47 to .51), my Lenovo Thinkpad T60 can't play any sounds nor find any wifi networks. atheros and HDA sound modules are not loaded after the boot, and can't be loaded using a manual modprobe, although the modules can be found in /lib/modules/ [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ find /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/ -iname "*ath*" /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/volatile/ath_hal.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/kernel/drivers/md/dm-multipath.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/kernel/drivers/md/multipath.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/madwifi/ath_pci.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/madwifi/ath_rate_sample.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/madwifi/ath_rate_onoe.ko /lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/madwifi/ath_rate_amrr.ko [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo modprobe ath_pci FATAL: Module ath_pci not found.
