It fixed a lot of it but there is still a bit of lag/buffering when watching streams. I am new to ubuntu and used windows before so I never really experienced anything like this on WIndows 10. Does the problem only happen when playing video? I can see the Discord snap is flooding your system log, which can cause freezes (usually every 5 seconds) when the kernel needs to sync/flush to disk. So please try uninstalling the Discord snap and tell us if the situation improves.
