Hello Paul Thank you for the clarification. I'm actually being pretty gutsy today. I backed up all the information for my laptop. Now I'm doing a clean install of Ubuntu 22.04 development branch it is just taking absolutely forever to start the installer. Not even sure if it's going to start. Hi Stephen, Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm closing it as "Invalid" as there's really not a better option for me to use. I can think of three packages that you could have reported this issue against and each one of them could have been wrong. Hello Paul Thank you. I realize there's a lot of bugs that are reported and it's hard to get to them in a timely manner that's okay. I understand it's free software and you do a great job. Actually I don't see this bug anymore. Last night I updated my laptop 20.04 updates. I noticed that when I close the lid when I open it up it does not light up or wake up off of standby. We've had this bug before and what we've done in the group is change around the settings and you can usually find a way to fix it. I remember this happened with 18.04 when it first came out and that was the fix. Looking forward to seeing 22.04. Wishing you and your family a happy and safe Christmas.
