Thanks for your report. FF3 doesn't need to be in production quality
state; Ubuntu 8.04 is still under development, and so is FF3. Default
inclusion will allow wider testing. If you need a working browser, you
can use FF2 in a stable release. Please report any bugs that you
encounter with FF3.

ack, anyway, part of the plan is to upload firefox 2 with a different
package name and demote that to universe. Its not encouraged to use that
package though, but we understand that there are people that still need
it. So stay tuned.

fair enough - I was concerned that the option wasn't going to be there
when hardy was released more than anything (possible that FF3 is good
enough by then, but I'm not sure that's going to be true).
