Jose - The issue described in that link does not appear to be the same problem I have. I upgraded my Dell Inspiron 1420 from Gutsy to Hardy today, and am experiencing the bug described here. I'm not getting any sound from the speakers, but one of the headphone jacks does work. Same problem on my laptop clevo M72R intel ich8 as been working perfectly both on gutsy and hardy until the latest upgrade to alpha 6.
