Public bug reported: JPEG artifacts removal tool.
This program tries to recover the lost precision of DCT coefficients based on a quantization table from a JPEG image. The result is saved as a JPEG image with quantization set to 1 (like a JPEG saved at 100% quality). URL: https://github.com/ilyakurdyukov/jpeg-quantsmooth License: LGPL-2.1 Notes: depends on libjpeg and openmp, use "make SIMD=select app" to build with runtime SIMD selector for x86(_64). Already packaged in ALT Linux, using rpmbuild specfile.
