It's happening the same here with an Nvidia GF7300. UPDATE: Sorry to say, after this saturdays updates (03/08/2008) this bug has resurfaced itself. Hi, When this issue next hits you could you please open a terminal and run ps aux | grep settings and see if gnome-settings-daemon is running. If not can you run gnome-settings-daemon and paste any output in to the bug report?
