Hello, unfortunately, I could not connect to the internet (via WLAN - which works perfectly with gutsy) with the live CD. Therefore, I was unable to download the restricted nvidia driver to enable desktop effects and test for the bug. Hello, Well, Great News, I have installed Hardy Alpha from 06 march 2008 (Alpha 6) and nvidia new drivers and done all steps of kbit bug many times, but it seems to work on the 4th time clicking show desktop all windows comme back. But the bug I have described don't seems fixed at all unlike what you said Travis. Hi there, I'm suffering a similar bug of loosing windows, for example if you only open the gnome-terminal and click on the always visible window option, and then move the window to another desktop. You can move the window to far from the screen so that you lose it. This bug can be repeated easily. Then all you can do is kill the gnome-terminal, you just loosed. It's not exactly the same bug but it might be related. I'm using a fresh installed ubuntu 7.10 gutsy with compiz 0.6.1, and just started working with it, I notice this little bug, while it's not a very important bug if you care about it while moving window, it can become very annoying for Human beings.
