Launch systemsettings5 Go to Hardware --> Display and Monitor Put the mouse over one of the screens Cursor changes to four arrows Click and hold the left mouse button and attempt to move the screen to a new location Result: The entire application window moves, making it impossible to change the screen layout. Expected: A single click, hold and move should just move the screen under the mouse pointer. Double click and hold allows the screens to be moved around, but the instruction just says "Drag screens to re-arrange them".
