(not installed via apt) If so, then the quick fix is hopefully to just set PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages. To test, try running PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages python3 and then try to `import uaclient` in the python shell. 'python-opcua' and 'python3-opcua' are unrelated. Been trying to install Ubuntu-advantage-tools package installed, though various solutions. Non has worked so far. Hope this report gets someone somewhere.
