*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 190475 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/190475 I can confirm the same behaviour with the iwl4965 driver running a daily livecd build (2.6.24-8, me too on x86_64), it started in 2.6.24-7 if I remember correctly. I've seeing it happen both with WEP and WPA-Enterprise (TKIP) networks.
