Current version of clamav package in 20.04 is 0.103.2 (see https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/clamav) Clamav team recommends to upgrade to latest patch version. >Users must stay up-to-date with the latest patch versions for continued >support. As of November 3, that means version 0.103.4. https://docs.clamav.net/faq/faq-eol.html Sorry, I am unaware about decision process for propagating fixes into LTS version. But that looks like a fix that worth to propagate as claimed by clamav team.
