The installation reports your system was installed only one day ago
using EOL media; I'd suggest starting again with a supported release of
Ubuntu (standard support unless you plan on using ESM or extended
support which is required for Xenial/16.04 from 30-April-2021)
We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it any more. But if you are then please install a
supported release of Ubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the
bug is still present in a supported Ubuntu version, please add a
comment here telling us which new version it is in.
