I'm experiencing the same issue on GNU/Linux 5.13.0-27-generic x86_64 Hardware is ASUS PN50-E1 / AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics I've been unable to find anything useful in the systemd journal with log levels for systemd and udev both at 9 - the problem seems to be after the journal stops. During the stuck shutdown process, Alt+SysRq+B works and forces a reboot.
