Hi Seb the last time I talked to kenvandine (last week) he recommended that the new snap should only be seeded once snapd v2.55 is released. I think having this for 22.04 is important, especially that snaps are a core component of our desktop experience nowadays. Did all the integration bits land in snapd already? I see that the README file of snapd-desktop-integration mentions some experimental flags needing switching. I assume now it's all much easier and streamlined? Anyway, I approve of this FFe - the earlier the better. Ubuntu Budgie will also need to update our seeds with this new snap, the firefox snap and our two snap themes.
