Thanks for your bug report.
That's not related to Bug #182743, only to the panel size and the plugin: if
the panel size is lesser than 34px, the plugin will display a very very small
text ("xx-small") ; otherwise, it'll display a very small text ("x-small"). And
it doesn't change the text size if there is only the frequency or the governor
displayed.
I'll try to provide a patch for this.
