Hello, I confirm that the incident is resolved. The fix is included in kernel 5.15.0-34.35. I tested Ubuntu server 21.10 and everything is ok. I have seen this bug too. System: Dell R740xd I have tried booting using both EFI and legacy BIOS. Yes, We have a monitor that plugged into the VGA port. Sorry to let you confused, the KVM console here means the XCC console, not a actual KVM device.
