gnome-remote-desktop requires d-bus interfaces from Mutter. GNOME
Flashback does not use Mutter.

GNOME Flashback won't have integrated remote desktop until it implements
remote desktop itself.

You might be able to use vino or xrdp to share your desktop remotely.
Sorry, I don't know for sure since I don't use GNOME Flashback and
haven't tried using remote desktop there.
