Can we get the system config details please - CPU, GPU in particular. Also confirm if WWAN is enabled Which dock is being used? Can you confirm if AMT is enabled or not in the BIOS? We've seen issues with AMT enabled with the TBT dock, especially with networking. In legacy S3, TBT controller can't resume to D0 status. It should be related to TBT/BIOS firmware.
