If you need to reset the password and it’s not accepting the current one, you might need to delete the wallet file to reset it. The wallet file is usually located at /home//.local/share/kwalletd/kdewallet.kwl. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this. It does not pop up and I can change the password fine. Can you please tell me what wants it? Wifi? A screenshot of the pop up and greyed out screen?
