Please sync exaile 4.1.3+dfsg-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Drop hardcoded libgtk-3-0 dependency; gir1.2-gtk-3.0 gets the right one
* Drop hardcoded libgtk-3-0 dependency; gir1.2-gtk-3.0 gets the right one
* No-change rebuild against libgtk-3-0t64
Explicit dependency on libgtk-3-0 was removed
Changelog entries since current oracular version 4.1.3+dfsg-2ubuntu1:
exaile (4.1.3+dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Removing direct dependency to libgtk-3-0 (Closes: #1067175)
