Public bug reported:

Please sync xca 2.6.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * Replace libqt5sql5 with libqt5sql5t64 in Build-Depends.

The Debian package has switched to t64 version of dependency now

Changelog entries since current oracular version 2.5.0-1ubuntu2:

xca (2.6.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release (2.6.0)
  * d/control: Remove constraints unnecessary since Buster:
    - Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on dpkg-dev.
    - Build-Depends: Use pkgconf instead of pkg-config; add pkg-config
      as an "OR"'d dependency for systems without pkgconf (allows for
      easier backport compat)
  * d/control: Update dependencies affected by t64 migration
    (Closes: #1067697)
  * d/source/git-patches: Remove now-obsolete git-patches.
  * d/copyright: Update copyright stanzas.
