Sounds like the original problem is fix now. The Huawei appearing in the list as "Not Set Up" is correct. That means it exists but is not connected to the PC. I removed the Galaxy A14 from the device list and have repeatedly tried to remove a Huawei Band B-D59 but it just keeps reappearing. I used to have a Gigabyte PCIe Bluetooth / wifi card installed. I used the Huawei to connect to the PC via Bluetooth. I actually tried using the wifi after disconnecting the ethernet line. I couldn't get it to connect to the router's wifi. Eventually I removed the Gigabyte card. Is the real problem not the Huawei data stored somewhere and that it is causing the problem ? The PC is connecting to a Galaxy A14 phone via Bluetooth and it's the phone offering internet connection sharing, which also isn't working. "Connection Failed. Activation of network connection failed." seems to be related to wifi.
