I'm sorry, I can't reproduce it now. That is, all directories listed in the .gtk-bookmarks are visible. Bookmarks, that are shown in the Nautilus' places sidebar. We can also see them by pressing Ctrl+B in Nautilus. How to trigger? I have no idea. The fact is zombie bookmarks appears sometimes. I mean zombie: they wasn't drown at the places sidebar, but are seen through Ctrl+B in Nautilus. Normal, live, bookmarks are shown as little folders, while zombies has their own icon, not a folder's one. I have found the problem. Thanks for your report, that works fine for me, can you still reproduce it with a new user created on your system?
