If I install hards (this occurs also in previous ubuntu versions) the proxy (in 
the settings menu) is disabled by default, of course, but there's a "8080" in 
the port field of the "http-proxy" setting which should be 0 as in all other 
fields.
This causes problems when enabling a proxy script. Applications which can't use 
this but rely on the environment variables like the installer for the 
msttcorefonts fail with errors like "http://8080"; not found.
