The fix suggested by c4pp4 did help. I added this to InputDevice: Option "XkbLayout" "se,us" Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle" Then it seems to work. However I don't know if I can now edit the keyboard layouts in the GUI. I see this bug too. I use automatic login and can't switch between swedish and english keyboard. Only if I log out and back in again can I switch keyboard.
