I was unable to reproduce this behavior in 9.10 testing a number of plugins. I was unable to reproduce this behavior in 9.10 testing a number of plugins. I wasn't able to find a Spectrograph plugin, but all the amplifier plugins I tried (did not use any that gave the "Plugin not RT capable" warning though). Marking this bug as Incomplete for now as it's unclear which plugins cause the reported behavior.
