I'm looking at Intrepid's pm-utils package here, and it seems that #3 is
fixed. In #1,  by "similarly named" it means that the name is the same,
even if the number is not. As you should know, only numbered hooks are
called. As for #2, I've grep'd the source for DISPLAY_QUIRK and the only
instance of it I can find is in the ChangeLog. Hence I have reason to
believe that this isn't an issue.
